Major QUESTION(S) before actual post:
Should I teach Gastrodon Muddy Water or Surf? This is my moveset for Gastrodon (yes, I picked East Sea simply because its blue): Ice Beam, Mud Bomb, Recover and Surf/Muddy Water. Help! Thanks.
Okay, after a few days of not updating my blog, I have decided to make a short post. *appluase please*
Today we shall discover how adventurous my friends are and how they spend their holidays...basically perhaps wasting time, like me.

Yes, I did. Its quite silly this year.
Xiu Qi: He keeps peeking at my source codes because he didn't believe I could make such nice codes.

How do I adventurously spend my holidays? If you had the nerve to think such a hyperactive guy like me sleeps, eats and plays computer all day, you're sadly right. Sigh. I don't feel like going out, and I got piano exam this Saturday.
Holidays are so boring, I'm starting to prefer c lasses! But thats more boring...

Avester's Column 35
Since the theme is 'exploration', let's get on with it.
How did I think of such a random-ish theme? Well, Xiu Qi and I were talking yesterday about how great it would be if I could go along with him (assuming he's going) for the CCA hike. =pressure= So I started having memories about last year's hike with Yong Yi.
=FLASHBACK=
Warning: It's darn boring.
The hike took us around CBD, from Novena to West Coast Park on the first day passing all sorts of ulu areas, seeing cars drive really fast and wish we were in them, and attempting to hitch hike. The worst part is that mother nature spited us by raining. Then by letting my eyes see an ice-cream man...selling ice-cream.
I was the big complain guy the first day. Or was it Xiu Qi because I refused to carry the tent? Hmm. Anyway, at West Coast Park, we spent a silly night at the playground with the big climbing thingy and we climbed all the way to the top.
They wanted to play taiti up there.
Then we were worried Wil Beng would come and we would have to explain why we were playing taiti at the top of the stupid tower and not sleeping or whatever we were supposed to be doing. So we started the Wil Beng drills. We wanted to try jumping down for practice, in case Beng really came. It was about 10pm there. And mother nature spited us even more by putting a 24 hour Macdonalds at West Coast Park which we must not go there at all.
The Wil Beng drills were stupid. So we started swinging at the swings and sliding down the slides like 5 year olds who never saw a playground before. That, I agree, was fun. Around 11 some 'SOME' of us got tired and retired for the night (even though there was not much night left). Others like me could not sleep and continued my 5 year old playground escapades till about 12.30am. I then went to sleep.

Wil Beng came soon. He woke me up from my sleep. It was 2am. He started waking everyone up and asking 'who's in this tent' blah blah. Then Xiu Qi and I could not sleep well. Anyway, forget about him. Next morning, we ate a quick breakfast before setting off. Defying the definition of hot-dog bread, we have a slice of plain bread and a hot-dog from a can and that was our breakfast.
We had 4 more landmarks to go...and they were quite stupid landmarks...a bridge in Clementi, a marker which we could not find, [I forgot the next one] and a police post at Queenstown. I believe we sweated out a whole morning in western Singapore trekking and calling out ulu road names and stuff. Ah yes...
We had to reach some checkpoint before 2pm, then report to Scout HQ, which Ziyad AND Xiu Qi got some excuses, forcing me to follow Yong Yi to help him with his report. It was...boring...honestly.
=RETURN TO PRESENT TIME=
Anyway, you get the picture. It was a mixture of fun, madness, boredom and of course, WIL BENG (who I still can't forget after waking me up at 2am in the morning...GRRRRRR...)
So of course, with these reasons and the fact that I can spend much time with my good friends (a logical reason covering up a lousy one) , I really hope that perhaps if Xiu Qi does go for the hike this year, I would want to follow him. =pressure=
Well, thats all. Guess sometimes, there is a thrill of just staying away from your computer and going out for some time. Ah...

Hi. Apparently nothing happened today. Released at 11.55am. And that concludes the end of today's report. Perhaps it would be more unboring to find something to do...
Nothing to do...aarrghhhhhhh!!!
PS: A plane flies east along the same route as another plane heading for the west, both planes travelling at high speeds. Due to stormy weather, both planes had not realised that they were about to collide until they were less than 10km apart, how did they successfully evade the collision? Tell you answer next post.

This is the 150th post.
Myth: Mr Thiru thinks Avester is an idiot.
Fact: Avester done well for history.
Myth: Avester is desperate for marks.
Fact: Mr Koh today very handsome.
Okay, enough said. Marks came out today. Feeling disappointed, like I was underperforming. But if you compare my score against the level score, I think I done well. The point is the different viewpoints of seeing it.
Literature was my worst hit, scoring 40/60. I had to admit, since our class highest was 44, that I tried my best. My initial target was 54...sob sobs!!! I wanted an A1 for Lit...but no...NO!!!... Our class only had 4 B3 for Lit...that just stinks. I have to find time to ask the Sec 3s how well they scored for Lit...
Chinese was terrible. I scored 25/50 for my compo! The teacher wanted to give me a 21!!! You see, the point is I wrote out of point. 'Nuff said. Don't want to talk about it.
Moving on. My science hit a borderline A1...relieved. Phew. Physics 25, Bio 26, Chem 28. (Max ea. 35) I still feel that I'm underperforming. Well, I guess its okay. OKAY...
Bored boy breathing and blogging ...boredly? (And computer games too, but that would have ruined the alliteration)

Looking at my exam results...i only wished there was an easier paper. I don't mind if everyone gets 100, just get everyone's marks higher-that would be great.

Hi. Apparently nothing happened today. Released at 11.55am. And that concludes the end of today's report. Perhaps it would be more unboring to find something to do...
Nothing to do...aarrghhhhhhh!!!
PS: A plane flies east along the same route as another plane heading for the west, both planes travelling at high speeds. Due to stormy weather, both planes had not realised that they were about to collide until they were less than 10km apart, how did they successfully evade the collision? Tell you answer next post.

Avester's Column 33
This is the 150th post.
Myth: Mr Thiru thinks Avester is an idiot.
Fact: Avester done well for history.
Myth: Avester is desperate for marks.
Fact: Mr Koh today very handsome.
Okay, enough said. Marks came out today. Feeling disappointed, like I was underperforming. But if you compare my score against the level score, I think I done well. The point is the different viewpoints of seeing it.
Literature was my worst hit, scoring 40/60. I had to admit, since our class highest was 44, that I tried my best. My initial target was 54...sob sobs!!! I wanted an A1 for Lit...but no...NO!!!... Our class only had 4 B3 for Lit...that just stinks. I have to find time to ask the Sec 3s how well they scored for Lit...
Chinese was terrible. I scored 25/50 for my compo! The teacher wanted to give me a 21!!! You see, the point is I wrote out of point. 'Nuff said. Don't want to talk about it.
Moving on. My science hit a borderline A1...relieved. Phew. Physics 25, Bio 26, Chem 28. (Max ea. 35) I still feel that I'm underperforming. Well, I guess its okay. OKAY...
Bored boy breathing and blogging ...boredly? (And computer games too, but that would have ruined the alliteration)

I'm BACK!!!!!
Okay, maybe not the best way to start. Blog has been revamped. Totally. Now we got no sidebar, thereby solving the sidebar nonsense. I'll even bet I'm the first guy who thought of upping everything in a blog, and fitting it so neatly into tables.
1. To get to links, wait for the marquee with the podcasts to scroll. The links and podcasts has been integrated into one marquee.
2. You can change the background music! Click the stop button on the player, then select one of the music notes below it, mouse over to see the title.
3. The old slideshow marquee has been swapped for a flexible scrolldown marquee, perfect if you like it slowly. A pollbar has been temporary set up there.
4. Please give your comments on the blog! I spent 3 days getting the code right (Xiu Qi stop peeking @ codes)
More things coming soon, including changing the background (from this dull green to many other pics and shades), new podcasts and some animations! So stay tuned!
